Stateroom Service Attendant-Disney

• Provide stateroom dining to our 875 staterooms for 24 hour RoomService.
• Responsible for all side work including stocking pantry, maintainingequipment, setting up trays, and monitor guest passageways to cleardirty trays.
• Responsible for delivering daily amenities to all Guest suites.

• Preparation of orders, involving light culinary work.
• Responsible for regular maintenance of Food and Beverage set up.
• Collect all posted breakfast orders from Guest staterooms.
• Request proof of identity to verify age of Guest before serving alcoholicdrinks to Guests that appear to be under age.
• Demonstrate ability and confidence to discontinue serving alcohol tospecific Guests.
• Maintain USPH sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout workarea.
• Practices up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.

Required/Desired: Experience,Qualifications, Education, Licenses

• Minimum one year industry related work experience required.
• Room service experience preferred.
• Ship experience preferred.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Ability to lift 30 lb. tray.
